Towing or hauling can drop air pressure fast, and that can shorten air spring life. The Load Controller’s automatic pressure sensor keeps things in check by detecting when pressure dips below the safe level—typically 5 psi—and kicking the compressor on to restore it. If you need a higher minimum, it can also be set to activate at 10 psi. With this automatic safeguard, your air springs stay protected and your ride stays level without constant monitoring.
When weight shifts to the back or you’re carrying a heavy load, the single-path setup inflates or deflates both air springs together so the pressure stays equal. That means the truck stays level front-to-back and rides more predictably. It’s perfect for frequent towing or commercial use where balanced support matters most.
There’s no fumbling with external valves or handheld pumps here. The in-cab analog gauge has a built-in push-button control that lets you watch pressure in real time and make adjustments with a single touch. Inflate or deflate right from your seat and keep your suspension dialed in no matter the load.

The 2-1/8" gauge fits neatly into most custom pillar or dash pods, or you can mount it on your dash with the included stand. It’s small, clean, and easy to read, giving you full control without cluttering your interior. The compact design makes it a natural fit for anyone who wants a professional look and easy access to suspension controls.

This heavy-duty system includes the compressor, gauge, wiring harness, air lines, mounting stand, and hardware—everything needed to set up and go. Designed for consistent use in tough applications, it automatically maintains pressure, keeps your springs healthy, and helps your vehicle hold its normal ride height even under heavy loads.

Just a quick note about my dealings with Etrailer. I ordered my Airlift airbags and compressor from another company, waited 2 weeks for their stock order to show up, then was told it might be another 2-3 weeks. I canceled that order, and contacted Etrailer. They had what I needed on hand and I received it only 2 days later, very very happy! I have dealt with Etrailer in the past and never had a problem or bad experience with them. I highly recommend this company and their staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
Lost shipment. Still don’t have parts
Installation was a little frustrating due to the vague instructions and the number of tee fittings involved. I would recommend vibration dampeners and more electrical connectors. The gage is a bit large and it's difficult to locate a place to mount it.
Haven’t installed just received everything looks well made
Great product I should have bought these years ago. Love being able to adjust from inside the truck. It has greatly improved my towing ride, as well as leveling the truck. The customer service was good, but I had to call the manufacturer to discuss a minor issue. They had excellent service and sent me a replacement part immediately. etrailer wanted the old defective part shipped back? I love my bags!
I think you y’all are fantastic. A lot of good items no problem ordering or talking to someone on the phone which is greatly appreciated.
the compressor has every thing to install although i did not like the wiring harness, its 10 ga. wire with relay wired to power which could be ok because its switched through ground but to tie a 10 ga. wire to a fuse panel to me is a problem. i called air lift to ask about taking the relay wire out of harness fuseing it in panel and hooking 10 ga.to power no one could answer my question they said someone would call me no buddy did,i hooked it to power through a 30 amp relay works great
great product and i feel a necessity for any air bag system. although it's nothing fancy as far a the gauge goes, it does allow constant monitoring of air bag pressure. i would also recommend going with the HD compressor as well as purchasing 15-25 more feet of air hose(very cheap) as what was included in the package was not quite enough. overall extremely satisfied with the product and would highly recommend to anyone using air bags to tow
Very helpful and followed up very quickly with any questions.
Great person to person interaction. Product knowledge of staff member helped me order just what I told him I wanted.
I received the order when I get it installed and operate. I will let you know. I’ll satisfied I am with the product, but I will be sure to let you know.
This product is great, no more having to stop and check the air pressures of the air bags, just look at the gauge. Everything went together great just time consuming. Will put it in my next truck as well when the time comes. Thanks for a great product. Will continue to buy from etrailer in the future. Thanks again.
I was very satisfied with this air compressor system. I used it in conjunction with the 7500 XL airbags to support my fifth wheel RV. The compressor appears to be of exceptional quality, it was easy to install and came with everything I needed. I liked the idea of the remote air intake filter. One suggestion that would make to improve the function of the air compressor, would be to incorporate a time delay into the activation system. When operating the bags at minimum pressure, without the extra load, every time the vehicle hits a bump and the airbags expand, the compressor senses the decrease and pressure and applies more air. After a few bumps, the compressor has inflated the bags to a higher pressure than they would normally be in the empty state. This makes the vehicle ride a little bit rougher. The way I compensated for this, I installed an off-on switch on the compressor electric supply line. That way, when the compressor topped off the bags without a load, the pressure would stay stable and made for a better ride. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this compressor system in every way.
Fast shipping, accurate descriprion
It works very well for what I use it f or.
Got it earlier than expected. It's installed and works great. Your customer service and your shipping is awesome
We are using it on a brush truck for fire fighting purposes, so it is being used under tough loaded conditions at all times. Never has failed.
Fast shipping easy install just what truck needed
Wow- love this set up for my 5th wheel. Almost made the mistake of not getting the compressor with the airlift 500.Bags.
Great kit !! Great Instructions and Video !

Working great after 1 year.
Installed it on my 2016 ram 2500 that has factory air ride. My factory module gave out and I cut the lines and put a tire valve and it worked great. Until i came across this kit. Bought it and installed it. Installed compressor the same place where my factory compressor was It works flawlessly. Love it!!!

Looks great, Leslie! Also love your stick shift.
Overall great experience with e-trailer service and the airlift products. I’ve used the airbags pulling campers, utility trailers and hay trailers and it worked great!

So far the compressor that I purchased from e trailer in conjunction with my 7,500 lb airbags is working fine. As I stated in my original review, the only change I would make is to incorporate a delay system into the air compressor activation circuit. When the airbags are inflated at their minimum pressure which is 5 psi, every time the vehicle hits a bump and the suspension extends, the compressor activation circuit senses the in air pressure internally on the airbag and activates itself for a second or so and pumps more air into the bag. After a few bumps and a few of these cycles the airbag ends up with about 12 psi of air pressure in it before the suspension doesnt stretch it out anymore and activate the compressor. Running empty 12 PSI in those bags makes the vehicle run a little stiff. It would be nice if there was a delay, which is what is built into leveling valves on heavy equipment, so that every bump doesnt activate the compressor and increase airbag pressure. Other than that the compressor works fine. As I stated in my last review, I simply installed an off-on switch on the compressor power circuit so that when the airbags were at 5 PSI I could turn the power off and the bags would maintain that pressure.
